Whether you are fundraising with friends, family or colleagues - there are plenty of great ideas to choose from all year round. From coffee mornings tea parties and cake sales to Adventure Challenges or running the London Marathon, each and every one of our fundraisers helps us help more children to reach their full potential.

The Virgin Money London Marathon

Take part in one of the world’s greatest marathons, the Virgin Money London Marathon, as part of Team DRT and you'll be running to make an incredible difference to young people’s lives. We raise money to support our clinics and research - both essential. Join Team DRT and we'll be with you every step of the way.

If you would like to take part in a race, please see our range of Adventure Challenges. If you have your sights on the Virgin London Marathon and would like to be considered for a guaranteed gold bond charity place, please fill in our application form and register your interest via email to drtorthoptics@yahoo.co.uk, telling us more about yourself, any running experience and why you would like to run for us. It would be helpful to know if you have run and raised money for a charity previously. Please tell us how much you aim to raise and how you will achieve this.

Pick Your Adventure Challenge!
The DRT have teamed up with Global Adventure Challenges, who have been organising world wide charity challenge events for 15 years. Fulfil a lifetime ambition, and raise money to help us to help young people to overcome their difficulities, and to fulfil their potential in their school, social and working lives.
